Upgrade to Monarch Manager version 9.45: (Order now)
See below for information about 9.45 or see Latest Version for information about all updates.
Please e-mail to let us know you'd like to update to 9.45
Version 9.45 will now let you use Safari or Firefox to download your InTouch information (myCustomers or your Product Orders). Version 9.45 is designed for Tiger or Leopard users. It works best for versions 10.4.11 (update to the latest Tiger Version) or 10.5.1 (update to the latest Leopard Version) if you wish to download your Orders and your Customers from InTouch. Version 9.45 has a 'Flag Found' button now that lets you flag all Customers in a Found set with just 1 click. You can do a complex find and then click 'Find Flagged' to easily find them all again if you wish.
Version 9.45 does not have a Classic Mac version.
Version 9.35 will now automatically add your shipping and taxes into your downloaded InTouch Mary Kay product order. No need to type in the tax or shipping for that order in Monarch Manager anymore (a minor update).
Version 9 New Features
Download capabilities with InTouch website.
These capabilities are broken down into 3 simple steps to do and are listed
in a Step 1, Step 2 and Step 3 fashion.
Importing myCustomers
When you are in your Mary Kay InTouch web site, you can list a myCustomers
report in your Browser (Safari or Firefox) do an edit Select All, Copy and
Monarch Manager will do the rest to import myCustomers into Monarch Manager.
Monarch Manager will find any duplicates witthin your Web site data and even
gives you total control to select who you want to import. It will list all
the Customers who aren’t in your Monarch Manager based on First Name
and Last Name. If you have 2 or more Jan Smith’s, you can decide if
you want to include a different Jan Smith, just by flagging that person.
With this importing feature you now also have a ‘Delete All’ button
for your Customers. Use this sparingly, but it’s very handy if you
have lot’s of old Customers you’d like to purge quickly. Just
flag those you’d like to purge, find flagged and then click delete
all. It’s also handy if you imported a large number of myCustomers
and then decide you don’t want them within your Monarch Manager data
set yet.
Importing your own Product Orders (not Customer Orders... yet)
You can also download your Product Orders from your Mary Kay Intouch website
into Monarch Manager. Simply list your Order in your Browser (Safari or Firefox),
Edit, Select All, Copy and then let Monarch Manager import this Order.
As this exciting capability grows, we will expand the import capabilities depending on your feedback of which information you’d like to import into Monarch Manager.
Archiving of previous years data.
If you have more than a
years worth of data, you can now Archive your previous years data. You
have a choice to Archive all but your current
year’s
data or all but your last 2 years of data. This will speed up your current
records access of data.
You can go to Archives at any time to look at previous years Income Accounts,
Expense Accounts, Product History, Customer History, Consultant Exchange
and Personal Product Use archived information.
Pop-up Calendar for Weekly Summary’s
to automatically generate Begin and End Week dates. No more keeping a calendar
next to you to figure out your start and end dates for Weekly Summary’s.
Just Click on the calendar’s day to start and the start and end dates
are automatically generated.
