When updating your product table you will download a product updater from the Updates web link (see the Updates folder tab above). Once you've downloaded and double clicked the updater you will see the following steps you'll need to take to update. All you have to do is make sure you highlight your Monarch Managerƒ (or your Beauty Advisorƒ if you have the older version). You will see:

Just click Continue and you will then see the Read Me that will describe any special actions you may need to take. You can print these out by clicking on the Print button, then click on continue:

Once you've clicked continue you will then see the general Install Description Screen:

Make sure the installer says that what it is going to install is what you want to install, in the above case, it's the March 2003 Product updater. Just click on install to continue.

You now are being asked to highlight your Monarch Managerƒ folder. If you have it in Applications, then click on the Applications folder. Once you see your Monarch Managerƒ and have it highlighted you'll see the next graphic:

Now all you need to do is click the choose button and the update will proceed automatically. Note: OSX users will need to start your Monarch Manager after this install and the rest of the update will then occur automatically.
