Easily enter customer orders and Monarch Manager will: adjust your inventory; post the appropriate accounting entries; record the balance due to the customers account balance and update your weekly accomplishment. You can print many reports including invoices, statements, post cards, labels and letters . You have a separate module to handle your contacts and prospects.


Calendar/scheduler easily accessible!
Monarch Manager has a full-featured calendar/scheduler that helps you manage your time effectively. The calendar includes monthly and weekly views. Paste the customers or consultants name and phone number into the desired day with one click. The days are color-coded according by the type of event. Print any of the views.


Generate Product Orders and maintain Inventory levels automatically!
Monarch Manager will help you take control of your inventory. The system comes complete with all section 1 and 2 products from the most recent order form. The products are in the same order as the company order form. Items can be easily modified. Inventory levels adjust automatically with customer orders/returns, product orders, consultant exchanges and personal product use.


One click will generate your order to the company with all items below your desired reorder level. When the order is received, one click and all your inventory levels are adjusted accordingly. Easily designate items that are not taxable.


Product Updates are also available from our website. This is a completely self-contained program that can save you literally hours of work every time the company issues a new order form. This Product Update program will modify your Monarch Manager inventory to include the newest products, move discontinued items to the "Closeout" category and sort the products to mirror the new order form. Weekly reports are a snap. All your customer sales and product order information is updated to your weekly report automatically. The reports look just like Mary Kay's newest report, and includes both side 1 and 2.
